The 6th West African GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Retreat has been organised from 4th November 2016 to 7th November 2016. That’s right! This year’s retreat theme is “Experiencing GMCKS”.

Who can attend this Retreat?
- General Retreat – Arhatic Yoga practitioners practising Arhatic Yoga Prep level can attend the first 3 days of the retreat, i.e. from Friday, 4th November 2016 to Sunday 6th November 2016.
- Senior Retreat L 1&2 – Arhatic Yoga practitioners practising Arhatic Yoga Levels 1 & 2 can attend the 4th day i.e. Monday 7th November 2016.
- Senior Retreat L 3 – Arhatic Yoga Practitioners practising Level 3 & higher can attend the 4th day i.e. Monday 7th November 2016.
- Participants interested to attend the Senior Retreat have to attend the General Retreat as well.
Venue: The retreat will be held at the Hotel Sarakawa, a beautiful property situated at Lome, Togo. The hotel can accommodate only 400 persons for the General Retreat, so registration is on first-come-first-served basis.

Note: International participants are requested to make all payments in cash, in CFA Francs or Dollars only. We cannot accept other foreign currency, cheques, drafts or travellerls cheques or credit card payments.

Registration
Registrations will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Last date for Registration is 15th October 2016. For the Senior Retreat, the number of seats is limited to 90 seats only, filled on first – come – first – served basis.
Therefore, please complete the registration formalities & full payment at the earliest to avoid disappointment due to delay. Once the 90 seats are registered & fully paid, we will be obliged to close the registrations, so please do not wait for the last date!
Please attach a copy of your last Arhatic Yoga certificate with your application form. Applications without certificate copies may be rejected.

- Due to the lack of space, we will be able to handle only 400 participants for the General Retreat & 90 participants for the Senior Retreat. So register NOW!!
- If you need accommodation during the retreat, please make arrangements at hotels as early as possible. For accommodation during the retreat, we can help make the bookings, but you will need to make the payment directly to the hotel.
- All retreat participants are required to fill up and sign the enclosed Oath of Secrecy and send it in with your application form.
- Please carry your own blue triangles, etc to the retreat.
- Please prefer to wear white or light coloured clothing during the retreat
